INTRODUCTION

ACQUISITION: This addition to the Ernest Wenner Papers was deposited in the Orin G. Libby Manuscript Collection in May 2005 (Acc.#2005-2751). The material was transferred from the Louis Haahr Papers, OGL#1093.

ACCESS: Open for inspection under the rules and regulations of the Department of Special Collections.

SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

This addition to the Ernest Wenner Papers consists of some of Wenner's cartoons, clipped from the Dakota Student. Wenner was a cartoonist for the student newspaper beginning in the 1929-30 school year. The cartoons date from 1929-1934, although the majority are undated. The cartoons are arranged alphabetically; please see the Box and Folder Inventory for a complete list.
