Women’s Center Meet, Eat and Learn is April 7
The Women's Center Meet, Eat and Learn program is set for noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 7, at the International Centre.
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and the topic is "Stalking: What You Should Know, by Dani Lindner, an adjunct instructor at St. Cloud State University teaching classes in victim services, sexual assault, and Human Relations.
Her primary focus of study has been on interpersonal and intimate partner violence, with a particular focus on the crime of stalking. Lindner has worked for seven years as a victim service provider through the Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center, St. Cloud State University Women’s Center and Shelter House. She has trained students, victim service providers, health care providers, law enforcement officers, probation officers, and prosecutors.
