Let’s talk about improving our health and wellness

Work Well has great news and can offer you a “next step” towards understanding and improving your health. Professional athletes have coaches, so Work Well is offering a free health coach so you can discuss ways to improve your life and your health.

There are only a few seats left for these sessions:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 8, 4:45 to 5:30 p.m., 220 Clifford Hall
  • Thursday, Nov. 10, 4:45 to 5:30 p.m., in Medicine and Health Sciences, room 3001

Linda Dunnigan, health coach, can help a small group learn about tiny changes that can make big differences in your health and well-being.

Seats are limited to nine more people. To RSVP, e-mail if you would like one of the seats. Feel free to also bring past health screening results if you would like more specialized feedback.
