Work Well Walking Challenge:

You still have time to register. Get your teams together and register as soon as possible to be involved in the Work Well Walking Challenge. Prizes given away weekly. We extended registration until Thursday, April 15. You need go to: to get started. The Work Well Walking Challenge runs from April 19 - May 16:

- Weight Watchers At Work - EERC (12:15 p.m. on Tuesdays)

- Exercise with Mandy (Yoga/Stretch): 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, Wellness Center - Rooms 272-274 (You don't have to be a member to attend). Register through U2.

- BCBSND: MyHealthCenter Advanced Session: Learn about the customized plans and how to track exercise, nutrition and stress on-line. 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, April 15, Med School basement, Room B320B. Register through U2.

Earth Week is next week. See and click the Earth Day icon for more information about events. You can donate your old tennis shoes currently at the Wellness Center, Facilities, the Memorial Union, Aerospace and soon Twamley to be used for athletic surfaces. Collection is available until Wednesday, April 26.
