CRC to host organizational conflict workshop June 20-21
The Conflict Resolution Center (CRC) will present a workshop, Organizational Conflict Management, from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday, June 20-21, in Skalicky Hall.
What is conflict costing your office? How is it impacting your ability to be successful and your bottom line? Do you spend too much time and resources on hiring and re-training? Has incivility taken over productivity? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, come to this workshop to find solutions that really work.
On the first day, we will look at the impact and causes of incivility and conflict, and how to begin to manage it internally and interpersonally; on the second day, we will look at a system-wide approach and skills for informally mediating between others experiencing conflict in order to channel it into constructive communication.
Special Rate for faculty, staff and students: $75/day or $100 for both days ($250 off campus rate).
Space is limited – so call 777-3664 or e-mail email@example.com today to reserve your seat.
