Admissions moves to Gorecki Alumni Center

Effective July 1, Enrollment Services, Admissions, and The Link merged to form the new UND Office of Admissions. All staff members will move to the new Gorecki (pronounced go-RETS-key) Alumni Center the week of October 1. Currently staff members are located in Twamley Hall, Carnegie Hall and the Memorial Union.

The merger and relocation of staff to the Gorecki Alumni Center ensures that the UND Office of Admissions works seamlessly to recruit, admit, and welcome undergraduate students to the UND community. In addition, the beautiful new building is a convenient location for visitors, highlights UND’s commitment to environmental sustainability, and showcases the University’s heritage to prospective students and families.

“We are excited about the synergies that will be created with the new Office of Admissions and our enhanced partnership with the UND Foundation and Alumni Association through shared space in the Gorecki Alumni Center,” said Lori Reesor, Vice President of Student Affairs. “We believe this new department located in a beautiful new building will allow us to serve our prospective students and families more effectively. It allows us to share the UND spirit of our campus and alumni with our visitors.”

The Gorecki Alumni Center will be open to the public on October 8. After that time, campus staff and faculty are asked to direct students needing assistance with campus visits, undergraduate admissions, proctored exam scheduling, or general questions to the Gorecki Alumni Center.
