Ellen Bryant Voigt reading to be held Oct. 19
The UND Writers Conference and the Red River Valley Writing Project (RRVWP) are pleased to announce a fall reading with Ellen Bryant Voigt from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, in the Gorecki Alumni Center’s Gransberg Community Room. Light refreshments will be served.

Ellen Bryant Voigt is the author of seven collections of poetry, including Messenger: New and Selected Poems 1976-2006 which was a finalist for the National Book Award and Pulitzer Prize. She is also the author of a collection of essays on poetry, The Flexible Lyric. She founded and teaches in the Masters of Fine Arts program for writers at Warren Wilson College (near Asheville, North Carolina) and lives in Vermont.
