N.D. Ballet offers free Sh’bam dance fitness classes

The North Dakota Ballet Company & Academy is excited to announce their new dance fitness program, SH'BAM™.

A typical SH'BAM™ class is 45-minutes long with twelve different tracks.  You can benefit from interval training peaks, get in the fat burn zone without the "hard work" workout, learn new dance moves, improve coordination, increase cardiovascular fitness and most importantly, have a great time and forget you're even exercising.

Haven’t had much dance experience? You can do this. Dance-inspired workouts don't get any simpler than SH'BAM™. Your instructor will introduce you to the basic choreography and coach you through each of the simple steps.

Join us for Dec. 12 at noon, Dec. 13 at 8 p.m., and Dec. 21 at 5:15 p.m.  Eight-week sessions begin in January.  For more information contact Cassy Johnson at cassy.johnson@northdakotaballet.org.
