The OLLI@UND 2013 Winter Showcase is Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Sharon Lutheran Church from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together to enjoy food and refreshments, and visit with the OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) instructors about the courses they will be teaching this winter.

A 5:15 p.m. presentation, titled “We Don’t Need (or Want) No Stinkin’ Senior Discounts” will be given by F. Richard Ferraro, professor of psychology. OLLI@UND is making a difference in the community and in people’s lives as the leader of lifelong learning. Bringing together mature adults with a passion for continued learning and intellectual growth, OLLI offers courses and events that will challenge the mind, expand the spirit and engage your emotions - without the stress of grades or tests!
