Nominations sought for Student Employee of the Year
The University is seeking nominations for Student Employee of the Year. We ask on-campus department supervisors to nominate and highlight their outstanding full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student employees who portray reliability, quality of work, initiative, professionalism, and unique contributions when dealing with work situations. Students must be currently employed as a Federal Work Study student or Institutional student at the time of nomination. The individual selected by the Student Employee of the Year Committee will receive a $500 scholarship for the spring semester. The Student Employee of the Year Committee will forward this year’s recipient to the Regional Student Employee of the Year and the student could possibly advance to the National Student Employee of the Year.
Nominations need to be submitted to Career Services by Feb. 15.
The nomination packet is available online at http://und.edu/student-life/careers/student-employee-appreciation.cfm.
Please send the completed nomination packet to Career Services, Stop 9014 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Presentation of the award will be in April during the Memorial Union Leadership Awards. -- Jenny Duffy, student employment coordinator
