Museum Cafe revisits Julia Child recipes
In February 1963, Julia Child took the airwaves with her cooking show, "The French Chef." She taught Americans the methods of French cooking. Her show was filmed from start to finish with little or no breaks, which earned her respect because it showed that even those most talented with a pot and a knife have their off days.
In memory of Julia, the North Dakota Museum of Art Cafe is serving up her best recipes all February long. Specials listed below.
The North Dakota of Art Museum Cafe is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Take out is available, and a conference room seating up to 10 people is available for reservation. Call 777.4195 to make a reservation now.
