Museum of Art to host Good Friday seafood dinner

The North Dakota Museum of Art Cafe After Hours Dinner will be March 29 (Good Friday).


Hors d oeuvre: Seafood platter- Washington Smoked Oysters, Marinated Tiger Shrimp: Chilled Rock Mussels and tomato salsa with accompaniments.

Amuse Bouche: Tuna au poivre seared sushi roll with pickled ginger, srirachi, sweet chili sauce, salmon roe

Salad: Honey Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad

Entree: Halibut รก la provencale- Halibut cheek poached in a white wine and butter topped with fresh herbs and tomato sauce. Served with thyme honey mash and roasted red pepper corn

Dessert: Chocolate Sacher Torte

$40 per person plus tax

Enjoy and evening with friends and family surrounded by laughter and art. If you are ages 21 and over, feel free to bring your own bottle of wine. We will provide the glassware.
