Faculty and staff have free use of Wellness Center during Spring Break

Faculty, staff, and spouses may use the UND Wellness Center at no charge from March 9 – 16.

Enjoy the space of the Wellness Center while many students are out of the area on spring break. The Wellness Center has two new attractions.

The Zen Den has a massage chair, meditation DVDs and videos, and other calming resources.

The Circuit Deck features a quick, easy and semi-private area with 10 weight training machines and a timing light that will guide participants through a 30-minute muscle workout.

Staff and faculty need to bring their UND ID card. Spouses must attend with the UND employee to use the free week. Stop at the front desk to sign the waiver and one-week free membership form.

The UND Wellness Center is located at 801 Princeton St. The parking lots allow: A, H, and S. Ask for a temporary pass inside at the front desk if needed.

The hours for the week are:
o Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
o Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
o Sunday, noon - 9 p.m.
