“The Aurora” newsletter from Space Grant Consortium is available online
The most recent issue of “The Aurora,” the annual newsletter of the North Dakota Space Grant Consortium (NDSGC), is available online at http://ndspacegrant.und.edu/uploads/aurora/Aurora2013.pdf. Sponsored by NASA, the NDSGC is part of a nation-wide network of consortia and it provides support for STEM education through research and public outreach efforts for kindergarten through doctoral students in North Dakota.
The NDSGC is headquartered in the Department of Space Studies at UND and is comprised of all the public two-year, public four-year, and tribal colleges in the state. These institutions are working with Space Grant to provide opportunities for our students to pursue research in STEM fields and prepare them for careers that support NASA’s goals and the high-tech workforce development needs of North Dakota.
We hope that you enjoy reading about the many different programs that have been funded by the NDSGC throughout this past year. If you are interested in getting involved with these efforts in any way, or may know of someone who would be interested, please feel free to contact Dr. Santhosh Seelan or Caitlin Nolby regarding North Dakota Space Grant.
