Morrison CEO Summit will feature State Board of Higher Education President Duaine Espegard April 16
The College of Business and Public Administration (CoBPA) will host the 2nd Annual Morrison CEO Summit on Tuesday, April 16. This event highlights the success of UND alumni and provides students the opportunity to network and interact with prominent business executives.
The event kicks off with an executive leadership luncheon providing a select group of students from the business school an opportunity to hear from five distinguished executives and Alumni in a panel discussion followed by an afternoon of round table discussions with the panelists and business executives.

Hal Gershman, ‘66 – president, Happy Harry’s Bottle Shops and Gershman Enterprises, LLC
Jill Cholewa, ‘77 – retired president and chief executive officer, S & J Lumber, Inc.
Kevin Moug, ‘81 – chief financial officer, Otter Tail Corporation
Dottie Dekko, ‘50 – retired president, Intraco Inc.
Monica Musich, ‘82 – owner and president, VALDAK Corporation
At 7 p.m. in the Gorecki Alumni Center, the general public is invited to the keynote presentation “Leadership - Different But the Same,” by Duaine Espegard. Espegard is a retired bank administrator and former state senator. He worked for Bremer Bank as a bank director, chief executive officer and regional president from 1969 to 2003 and served in the North Dakota Senate from 2000 to 2006. Espegard currently serves as the president of the state board of higher education for the North Dakota University System.
