Dolores Subia BigFoot will present “Cultural Adaptation of Treatment” April 24
Dolores Subia BigFoot, (Caddo Nation of Oklahoma), will present "Cultural Adaptation of Treatment" at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, in Swanson Hall, Room 10-12.
She is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and director of Native American Programs, which includes Project Making Medicine, a national clinical training program for mental health providers in the treatment of child physical and sexual abuse, and the Indian Country Child Trauma Center, a development and treatment center to culturally adapt evidenced-based practices and promote practice-based evidence.
