Menus listed Museum Cafe Friday Night Dinners in May

During May, the North Dakota Museum of Art Cafe will be hosting two Friday evening dinners.

The menus follow:

May 17:

Amuse Bouche
Squash and Pancetta Toast with fried egg

Hors d’ oeuvre
Chilled Crab Trifle with Green Goddess dressing

Soup
Summer Heirloom Tomato

Entrée
Beef Spareribs with apricot and Ancho pepper sauce

Dessert
Rhubarb Fool

Dinner prices are $40 per person
May 31:

Italian Family Style

Amuse Bouche
Mussel in shell with Italian crumb mixture
and light cream sauce

Hors d’ oeuvres
Grilled Vegetable Platter
Portabella mushrooms, asparagus, bell peppers, red onions, artichokes
Accompanied with sauces

Salad
Insalata Caprese
Fresh mozzarella, heirloom tomaotes, fresh basil,
Balsmaic dressing on toasted baguette

Main Course
Italian lamb meatballs with mint yogurt sauce over
fresh pasta

Dessert
Hazelnut Crunch Cake with mascarpone
frosting and chocolate

Dinner prices: $30 per adult/ $15 per child (ages 12 and under)

This dinner will be served family style, meaning all courses will be served on large platters to be passed around the table. I encourage anyone to take advantage of this great opportunity to share our love for food and art with the ones you love.

Guests 21 and over are welcome to bring beer or wine. Glassware will be provided and no corking fee is charged.
