Candidate for Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Judicial Affairs interviews May 29
On Wednesday, May 29, Dr. L. Randy Carter will visit campus to interview for the position of Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Judicial Affairs and Crisis Programs. Carter will meet with various constituency groups and an open forum will be held for members of the campus community to meet with him.
The open forum will be held in the Memorial Union Lecture Bowl from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, May 29. Carter will give a 15–20 minute presentation regarding his “philosophy of the role of judicial affairs and crisis response as part of the educational mission of a college/university.” A question and answer period will follow Carter’s presentation. Faculty, staff, and students are invited and encouraged to attend.
Carter currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students for Student Conduct at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
