Beginner’s Running Group meets Tuesday evenings
Red River Runners is conducting a summer training session for beginner runners. We will meet at Lincoln Park every Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., starting July 2 and continuing through Sept. 24. We use a basic "Couch to 5K" program which incorporates a mixture of walking and running. Over 12 weeks you will gradually increase the amount of running you do as you prepare for the Wild Hog 5K on Sept. 28. Bring a friend for even more fun!
