FACULTY WILL MARCH IN COMMENCEMENT THIS SUMMER



Reply Card Being Distributed 

With Return Deadline Of This Friday



Faculty members who wish to do so are invited to march in

ceremonial regalia in the Processional at Commencement exercises

this summer. The Commencement Planning Group has inspected the

Chester Fritz Auditorium and devised what it believes is a

seating arrangement which will provide space for faculty members

to participate. The group apologizes for confusion that occurred

earlier on this matter of participation based on available

seating space.



It would be very helpful to have an exact count of faculty who

plan to participate. To that end, a self-addressed reply card is

being sent early this week to summer faculty members, who should

receive it in their intra-campus mail boxes by Tuesday morning.

If you do not receive one and you do plan to participate, please

leave a voice mail message at 777-4194. However, please wait

until Tuesday afternoon, July 22, to see if you do receive the

participation reply card.



The processional for Commencement this summer will form at 6:30

p.m., Friday, Aug. 1, adjacent to the Chester Fritz Auditorium

(or in the lower level in case of inclement weather). -- Dave
